Requirements

  • Embody Zalando’s OFMS principles and act as a role model by helping more junior team members with prioritization, guidance, and communication
  • Work with team lead to create structures that support team success and talent growth
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Support daily coordination and project management with internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor and evaluate external partner performance against quality standards, KPIs (e.g., time-to-online, attribute quality, visual quality scores), SLAs
  • Follow processes, take ownership of individual topics (e.g., partner support, evaluation), and flag issues
  • Contribute to developing framework contracts, negotiating terms and pricing with procurement
  • Support process and quality optimization, implementing best practices and leveraging technology

  • Support daily coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth content delivery
  • Take ownership of individual topics such as supporting colleagues with external partner support and evaluating partners
  • Follow processes aligned with SLAs/KPIs and flag issues when needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and requirements, facilitating communication throughout project lifecycles
  • Organize workshops and meetings to improve collaboration and outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate external partner performance, ensuring quality standards and KPIs are met

  • Support continuous improvement in partner management processes, implementing best practices and leveraging technology
