About the Role

We are seeking a Jr People Ops Analyst to join our team and manage the operational backbone of our company. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to make a significant impact. You will be responsible for handling internal support requests, managing access to tools and systems, assisting with onboarding, and supporting cultural initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to learn, grow, and contribute across IT, People Ops, and workplace experience.

Who We’re Looking For

You will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT and access support, including Slack, Google Workspace, and VPN.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, such as equipment shipping and account setup.
  • Support People Ops processes, including payroll coordination and employee documentation.
  • Manage cultural channels and activities, such as birthdays, kudos, and internal events.
  • Assist in planning in-person team events.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date internal systems, including employee trackers, policies, and tool instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People, Finance, Engineering) to resolve employee blockers.
  • Proactively identify and resolve internal process issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal IT Support: Manage access requests, troubleshoot internal tooling issues, and provide basic tech support.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless employee transitions, including tool setup, logistics, and equipment returns.
  • People Ops Coordination: Handle recurring administrative tasks like managing home office gadgets, tracking documentation, and setting up Slack automations.
  • Culture & Events: Plan team events, manage cultural rituals (birthdays, team kudos), and foster a positive morale.
  • Process Improvement: Identify system gaps and propose efficient solutions to enhance team productivity.

Who You Are

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic IT systems, with a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Organized: Detail-oriented, proactive in follow-ups, and ensures nothing is overlooked.
  • Sense of Urgency: Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your day based on immediate needs.
  • Great Communicator: Keeps stakeholders informed and explains information clearly.
