Responsibilities

Improve safety at the site through 5S, standard work, improved ergonomics, and process changes
Support sites with problem-solving techniques to achieve world-class quality and delivery by identifying root causes and making problems visible
Act as the primary hands-on lean manufacturing expert, supporting kaizens, data/problem-solving/root cause analysis for tier meetings, establishing/improving standard work for associates and leaders, and implementing improved visual management with 5S principles
Work collaboratively with stakeholders on change management, providing robust follow-through on changes alongside teams like Operational Excellence, Inventory Control, Operations, and Maintenance
Support time study validation of new or existing standards, audit processes and associates with process observations, and assist in LMS training for new associates
Translate data to information via reports and create PowerBI dashboards to aid decision-making and problem-solving (depending on individual capabilities)
