Responsibilities

Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Manage new hire onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files
