High-level knowledge of construction drawings and plan interpretation
Proven takeoff experience using electrical, lighting, or ceiling plans

Responsibilities

Review and interpret construction drawings, including reflective ceiling, electrical, and lighting plans
Perform quantity takeoffs for light fixtures, controls, and related electrical components
Support the estimating team by preparing bid documentation and cost summaries
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure project alignment
Maintain organized estimate records and ensure timely delivery of estimates
