We are seeking a Job Architecture expert to join our Reward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be instrumental in building something from the ground up, contributing to a framework that will help shape the future of Monzo.
Monzo is experiencing rapid growth, and we need a structure that can scale with us. This structure should be fair, clear, and designed to support our people, not hinder them.
