Requirements

Titulación superior en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas de Información, Telecomunicaciones o similar
Deseable máster en Finanzas, MBA o similar
Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Jefe/a de Proyecto en implantación o migración de ERPs financieros (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, Workday…)
Conocimiento sólido de procesos financieros: GL, AP, AR, activos fijos, tesorería, reporting
Experiencia en proyectos con impacto normativo (SOX, IFRS/NIIF)
Conocimientos de sistemas de reporting, BI e integraciones (no desarrollarás código, pero debes entender cómo funcionan)
Valorable certificaciones: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL
Inglés alto (B2 alto–C1) para reuniones y coordinación internacional
Proactividad, empuje, capacidad de ejecución y autonomía
Actitud proactiva, ejecutiva, orientada a resultados, capaz de trabajar de forma metódica y ordenada, y que no tema “bajar al barro” en el día a día de los proyectos

Responsibilities

Participar en el análisis funcional y de negocio del área económico-financiera (ciclo contable, cierre mensual, tesorería, facturación, reporting financiero, etc.)
Comprender en profundidad los procesos financieros para proponer mejoras, digitalizar la operativa y asegurar la eficiencia
Colaborar en el análisis de requerimientos, evaluación de soluciones, y diseño de procesos para proyectos de implantación y migración de ERPs
Traducir los requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones funcionales y técnicas claras para los equipos de desarrollo (integraciones, extensiones, reporting…)
Participar en el diseño e implementación de la estrategia de transformación digital del área financiera
Mantener y evolucionar el mapa de sistemas y procesos corporativos en finanzas
Coordinar la ejecución de proyectos, asegurando la entrega en tiempo, calidad y alcance
Colaborar estrechamente con usuarios clave, proveedores tecnológicos y equipos técnicos
