  • Desarrollar y automatizar procesos de inteligencia de mercado, gestionar inteligencia interna, competitiva y de mercado, análisis de tendencias y modelado de escenarios
  • Desarrollar Plan de comunicación y Go-to-market
  • Responsable de proteger y fortalecer la imagen/marca de la empresa y su reputación. Coordinar la comunicación positiva y en caso de crisis
  • Desarrollar y automatizar procesos de atención al cliente con el objetivo de la excelencia en el servicio
  • Responsable por el área de marketing y atención al cliente en Perú y Ecuador
