Responsibilities

Reporte interno al gerente de rehabilitación de edificios
Coordinación de los trabajos en obra, siendo el único interlocutor con las empresas subcontratistas
Velar por el cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud
Interlocución con dirección facultativa y coordinación de seguridad y salud
Cierre de certificaciones mensuales con los proveedores y contratistas
Relación con los clientes (comunidades de propietarios)
Gestión de compras
Coordinación con el resto de departamentos transversales dentro de la compañía (PRL, RRHH, jurídico, etc.)
Preparación y seguimiento del expediente de subvención y la posterior gestión de la justificación documental
Trabajos de jefe de obra incluyendo coordinación de subcontratas, supervisión y control de calidad de los trabajos (instalación, equipos y materiales), tareas de recurso preventivo, etc. para la instalación de luminarias LED, desconexión de luminarias e instalación y PEM de monitorización en el interior de naves industriales
