Requirements

  • Italian speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, preferably in networking
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service
  • Proven experience and expertise with Aruba
  • Wider knowledge and practical expertise in Infrastructure Management and enterprise technologies, especially Networking
  • Familiar with escalation, Incident, and Change management processes (ITIL)
  • Understand and utilize Information Technology Information Libraries (ITIL)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts on a 24x7x365 basis
  • Early career or freshly graduated candidates with remarkable potential considered

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to hardware or software; respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and implement solutions
  • Support various issue categories through effective usage of knowledge base within agreed SLAs
  • Capture, log, route, track, follow-up, close, and report on incidents; recognize and act on events and customer contacts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve repeated incidents
  • Manage incidents in a centralized Incident management system for historical analysis, trends, root-cause analysis, and reporting
  • Assign priorities to incidents based on impact to determine SLAs
  • Provide regular reports on statistics and service levels; prepare/send daily/weekly/monthly reports and ad hoc reports on request
  • Install, configure, and perform basic troubleshooting of enterprise networking products like switches, routers, access points, WAN/LAN
  • Perform/execute service requests
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
  • Write procedure manuals
  • Engage vendors to assist with incident resolution where relevant
  • Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming contacts and proactive notification systems
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on features, specifications, repairs, etc., based on customer entitlement
  • Proactively assist internal/external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
  • Act as a team or project leader, providing direction, facilitating information validation, and team decision-making
  • Review and resolve complex business issues
  • Add case resolutions to Knowledge Management System (KMS)
  • Represent the company in face-to-face customer visits, industry conferences/trade shows, vendor meetings, etc
