Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as IT or Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of SAP integration technology (IDoc)
  • Knowledge of Computerized System Validation procedures
  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing IT system integrations, such as MES with ERP
  • Ability to work in a matrixed team for support execution and delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Ability to be a collaborative team member
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day IT activities as part of the SAP S4 Global template implementation to support cGMP Clinical and Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing facilities in Ghent, Belgium
  • Provide SAP support related activities across different SAP modules and integrations with external MES and eLIMS systems
  • Liaise with Legend SAP Development team and 3rd parties on issue resolution as required
  • Act as the first point of contact with the user community for service delivery of SAP S4 application support and operations
  • Assess/analyze S4 issues and determine support/problem resolution where applicable
  • Monitor and provide follow-up instruction on outstanding issues in a timely fashion
  • Ensure major incident communication to management and internal customers
  • Appropriately escalate issues to S4 Development team (offshore, US based) and/or local management
  • Perform System Monitoring and Improvement (end-user access review procedures, etc.)
  • Perform Process Monitoring for IT internal processes
