Requirements
At least secondary-level specialized education (degree is an advantage)
At least 5 years of experience in IT operations in a large corporate manufacturing environment
At least basic network knowledge
Ability to use the following tools: Active Directory, SCCM console, Service management software, Microsoft Client/Server infrastructure, Microsoft Office applications (Intune, ServiceNow are advantages)
Quick situational awareness and ability to quickly learn new things
Conversational level English language skills
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to work independently
Solution-oriented thinking
Willingness to be on standby (according to the Labor Code)
Responsibilities
Operation of the company's IT and telecommunications systems' hardware and software, resolving arising problems, and forwarding them to central IT or external service providers when necessary
Troubleshooting hardware and software problems in office and production environments
Providing Help Desk services using the central ticket system (ServiceNOW)
Assisting users in operating the network and programs
Configuring and installing operating systems
Managing user accounts using Active Directory, training new users
Participation in IT projects
Performing other system administrator tasks
Maintaining contact with IT service providers
Participation in development projects related to the area
