Technical certifications in desktop operating systems or networking are a plus, as is experience with voice and video conferencing solutions like Google, Zoom, or Slack. Willingness to be onsite in the ATX office 5 days a week is mandatory.
The IT Support Engineer II will provide troubleshooting and support for all IT end-user issues, including mobile, desktop, audio/video, and peripherals.
