As a Senior Support Engineer, you will join a world-class global IT team. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving a wide range of mobile, desktop, audio/video, network, and telecommunications issues to ensure maximum employee productivity. You will need to be adaptable to our company's rapid growth and changes, while also possessing the discipline to handle complex challenges, processes, and interpersonal dynamics. This role involves coaching and mentoring colleagues, leading cross-functional projects, and influencing end-user technology decisions that impact Box employees worldwide.
