Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Management
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position for IT operation and/or IT management within an international organization environment
At least 3 years of solid project management experience with a proven track record
At least 3 years of experience utilizing IT technologies, including Microsoft Software, HP/Dell servers, Juniper/Cisco systems, PC and server management, computer networks, VOIP, Smartphone, database, and IT Security
Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal
Availability for regular travel
Solid knowledge and experience in IT operation and IT management

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the IT Site team in Japan, managing IT infrastructure and providing comprehensive user support
Facilitate and manage IT projects, ensuring they align with customer needs and organizational priorities
Manage IT-related infrastructure and security to provide an efficient and secure business operational environment
Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and procedures, including budget and expense control
Act as a key liaison between business and IT, communicating requirements and activities to foster strong collaboration
Drive continuous process improvement for end-user support metrics and overall IT service delivery
Develop and maintain unique local business knowledge to ensure effective implementation of international and corporate business applications
