Responsibilities

  • Assist Domain Experts in conducting business analysis across a fleet of systems, identifying trends, patterns, and insights using Generative AI
  • Collaborate with team members to create progress reports for specific projects, applying basic statistical techniques to present findings accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance data to guide strategic decisions, aligning with the "Own Your Results" competency by taking accountability and exercising good judgment
  • Develop innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience by leveraging Generative AI technologies
  • Analyze renewal rates and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Conduct surveys by developing questionnaires and distributing them to relevant customers/collaborators
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret survey results, ensuring accurate reporting and highlighting key insights
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, aligning with the "Put the Customer First" competency by maintaining a customer-centric mindset
