Responsibilities

Assist Domain Experts in conducting business analysis across a fleet of systems, identifying trends, patterns, and insights using Generative AI
Collaborate with team members to create progress reports for specific projects, applying basic statistical techniques to present findings accurately and efficiently
Analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance data to guide strategic decisions, aligning with the "Own Your Results" competency by taking accountability and exercising good judgment
Develop innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience by leveraging Generative AI technologies
Analyze renewal rates and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction
Conduct surveys by developing questionnaires and distributing them to relevant customers/collaborators
Collect, analyze, and interpret survey results, ensuring accurate reporting and highlighting key insights
Collaborate with colleagues to develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, aligning with the "Put the Customer First" competency by maintaining a customer-centric mindset
