Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Technical skills such as experience with IT Service Management, ITIL, ServiceNow, and an intermediate understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure (highly valued)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Located in or willing to work from the Ballarat office for a minimum of 4 days a week
  • Australian Citizen only (due to security clearance requirement)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in shifts, be on call, and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed

Responsibilities

  • Perform core service management activities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Enablement, and Monitoring & Event Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support and communication through all interactions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth IT operations
  • Maintain and improve clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure)
  • Address incidents promptly during on-call periods and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed
