Proven experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing technology products within a retail environment
BA or BS degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in technical deliveries on MarTech products
Deep understanding of Adobe Campaign Classic, CDP, Analytics, and AEM
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence business strategy and foster collaboration across teams
Self-starter, willing to take on whatever work is required to get the job done
Thinks creatively, anticipates problems and opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Develop, deploy and support MarTech solutions which are aligned with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Data Analytics, to ensure seamless integration and utilization of MarTech tools
Oversee the implementation and optimization of Customer Data Platform to create a unified and actionable customer view
Develop, deploy and manage Adobe Campaign Classic for email marketing, ensuring effective segmentation, targeting, and personalization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness
Align technology and marketing strategies with the organization's overarching goals
Provide MarTech solutions that enable businesses to optimize their marketing processes, enhancing customer engagement, and improving overall profitability
Include custom code development using JAVA or Python, tools for campaign management and customer data management
