Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology
7–10 years of technical experience across multiple IT disciplines with strong knowledge of IT concepts and methodologies
Experience leading and coaching a technical team
Full Stack Development experience
Expertise in technologies such as Microsoft, C#.NET, ReactJS, VueJS, and Microsoft SQL
Ideally experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and Miro
Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
Experience as a product owner or owning a digital product
Advanced IT knowledge and deep technical expertise in at least one specialty area
Strong presentation, facilitation, and meeting leadership skills
Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective leadership, team-building, motivation, and delegation skills
Amenable to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City
Willing to work on a mid-shift or night shift schedule
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on technical operations and activities to meet departmental objectives and consumer needs
Plan, coordinate, and schedule assignments and projects with the team
Help establish strategic and tactical project plans
Prioritize project deliverables based on business needs and resource availability
Monitor project development and communicate progress regularly to management, staff, and customers
Handle key managerial activities such as hiring, performance management, associate development, staffing, budgeting, and enforcing policies and procedures
Identify the resources and skill sets required for ongoing initiatives
Provide leadership to staff across all assigned projects
Provide strategic leadership and direction to a regional or global technical team (typically 4–8 associates at level E05 and below)
Ensure excellent customer service and effective execution of departmental objectives through successful project delivery and support operations
Dedicate roughly 50% of time to managerial responsibilities and 50% to hands-on IT practitioner work
