Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT services or SaaS administration and 2+ years administering Cloud Identity-as-a-Service solutions like Okta or BetterCloud, supporting federated authentication protocols. Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining API integrations and plugins across SaaS environments, along with hands-on experience managing Google Workspace, is required. A track record of executing technical projects within collaborative, cross-functional IT teams is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The IT SaaS Ops Administrator will administer, troubleshoot, and optimize SaaS applications including Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, BetterCloud, Slack, and GCP. They will provide escalation support for IT Helpdesk, partner with Engineering for platform enhancements, and develop/maintain identity management integrations such as SSO, SAML, and federated authentication. This role also involves supporting API connections between SaaS tools, documenting procedures and policies, and assisting in the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of new technologies.
