Responsibilities

  • Provides implementation, operational, and maintenance support for enterprise applications
  • Maintains a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance
  • Supports analytical software and associated hardware for the Labs
  • Provides administrative support for server-based laboratory applications
  • Troubleshoots and resolves application-specific support issues
  • Executes change requests and qualifications
  • Maintains system documentation
  • Liaises with and assists senior staff and other internal groups for issue escalation
