Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
Technical position may require a certificate
4+ years of comparable experience or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
Familiarity with server administration and architecture (Windows Server, Linux)
Familiarity with relational database concepts
Familiarity with desktop operating systems and desktop productivity applications (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, etc)

Responsibilities

Provides implementation, operational, and maintenance support for enterprise applications
Maintains a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance
Supports analytical software and associated hardware for the Labs
Provides administrative support for server-based laboratory applications
Troubleshoots and resolves application-specific support issues
Executes change requests and qualifications
Maintains system documentation
Liaises with and assists senior staff and other internal groups for issue escalation
