Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure testing, with a minimum of 5 years in resiliency testing. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles is required, along with experience leading and mentoring testing teams.

Responsibilities

The IT Resiliency Testing Lead will develop and maintain the resiliency testing strategy, oversee the creation of test plans, lead the execution of resiliency and disaster recovery tests, document test results and observations, identify and mitigate risks associated with testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recovery procedures and minimize downtime. They will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement in the organization’s resiliency posture and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
