The position is fully onsite at IOI City, Putrajaya, requiring work Monday to Friday (5 days a week).
Positions are open for Experienced professionals with 2–6 years in IT Service Management and Senior professionals with more than 6 years in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, or as an IT Business Analyst.
Candidates need a strong IT foundation in application development or infrastructure, understanding of data feeding tools like MQ and FTPs, knowledge of SQL (preferably Oracle) for standard queries, familiarity with incident and problem management processes, and experience with IT ticketing systems such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or JIRA.

Strong candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Finance/Banking with IT orientation, 2+ years in IT Service Management (more for senior roles), experience in finance/banking/insurance, and ITIL certification as an advantage.
