Requirements

  • 2+ years in IT support or systems engineering
  • Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Citrix XenApp/Desktop
  • Hands-on experience with networking (routers, switches, WAPs, firewalls)
  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Azure Endpoint Management)
  • Organized, proactive, and innovative
  • Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Thrives in a global support environment and loves solving problems
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and handles critical incidents with urgency
  • Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Bonus: Exchange Management, Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, ITIL 4 certification, technical certifications (CompTIA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, AWS, Azure)

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary IT contact for your region—owning all IT services and support
  • Deliver and maintain IT products and services that keep the business running smoothly
  • Use ITIL 4 and proven troubleshooting techniques to resolve incidents and escalate when needed
  • Lead local implementation of global IT initiatives and projects
  • Manage hardware/software lifecycles: computers, mobile devices, printers, networks, servers, and wireless systems
  • Partner with users, vendors, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve service delivery
