Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with experience integrating MES with other enterprise systems such as ERP and SCADA. Familiarity with data management, system administration, and ITIL principles is preferred.
The IT Manufacturing Execution Systems Analyst will monitor MES performance, address technical issues, and ensure system uptime. They will also manage software updates, patches, and backups, providing technical support to users and documenting system configurations. This role involves integrating the MES with other systems, optimizing system efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, the analyst will support MES vendors, implement disaster recovery plans, and participate in audits.
