Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations management is required. Applicants should have demonstrated experience with account provisioning and identity management systems such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and AWS. A strong understanding of zero-trust security principles, endpoint security, and network security best practices is essential. Experience managing A/V systems like Zoom and familiarity with industry compliance requirements such as SOC2 and ISO are preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are necessary, along with proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

The IT Manager will manage and maintain the video surveillance system and oversee the physical access control system to ensure proper security protocols. They will provide comprehensive support for corporate desktop and laptop systems while tracking and managing software licenses. The role involves administering Mobile Device Management for corporate-owned devices, executing account provisioning and de-provisioning across various systems, and overseeing Zoom infrastructure and office A/V systems. Additionally, the IT Manager will monitor monthly expenses related to corporate services, prepare and manage the annual IT budget, maintain the corporate zero-trust security model, manage user access to office networks, and serve as the primary owner of incident management for corporate systems.
