Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners and IT
  • Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategies, processes, services, roadmap, and context
  • Identify and address operational, financial, and technological opportunities to improve efficiency and minimize risks
  • Document business and functional requirements, roadmaps, proposals, data sources, definitions, process flows, epics, user stories, test plans, etc
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand data landscape and integrations between systems and platforms
  • Align with solution architects to ensure uniform, consistent, governed, and supportable view of data across the organization
  • Support stakeholders in gathering use cases and defining business requirements for advanced analytic capabilities
  • Review existing data and identify data needed for business decision-making
  • Drive capability development within each technology pillar and measure success against strategic objectives
  • Partner with stakeholder teams across business units (e.g., marketing, sales, trade, finance) to document business cases framing opportunities, benefits, and risks
  • Serve as the bridge between business problems and technology solutions
  • Manage customer relationships, expectations, and stay current with stakeholder needs and strategies using communication processes (e.g., emails, newsletters, PowerPoint, executive updates, meetings, presentations)
  • Cultivate strong business relationships by demonstrating understanding of needs, processes, requirements, systems, and terminology
  • Act as liaison and collaborate between key stakeholders and IT shared services on support and maintenance activities
  • Analyze organization or business domain, document business processes or systems, and assess business model or technology integration
  • Drive identification of requirements across business units through evaluation of objectives, drivers, and success metrics
  • Document business requirements, detailed functional and technical specifications from multi-department stakeholders for agile delivery
  • Participate in project delivery
