Responsibilities

Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners and IT
Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategies, processes, services, roadmap, and context
Identify and address operational, financial, and technological opportunities to improve efficiency and minimize risks
Document business and functional requirements, roadmaps, proposals, data sources, definitions, process flows, epics, user stories, test plans, etc
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand data landscape and integrations between systems and platforms
Align with solution architects to ensure uniform, consistent, governed, and supportable view of data across the organization
Support stakeholders in gathering use cases and defining business requirements for advanced analytic capabilities
Review existing data and identify data needed for business decision-making
Drive capability development within each technology pillar and measure success against strategic objectives
Partner with stakeholder teams across business units (e.g., marketing, sales, trade, finance) to document business cases framing opportunities, benefits, and risks
Serve as the bridge between business problems and technology solutions
Manage customer relationships, expectations, and stay current with stakeholder needs and strategies using communication processes (e.g., emails, newsletters, PowerPoint, executive updates, meetings, presentations)
Cultivate strong business relationships by demonstrating understanding of needs, processes, requirements, systems, and terminology
Act as liaison and collaborate between key stakeholders and IT shared services on support and maintenance activities
Analyze organization or business domain, document business processes or systems, and assess business model or technology integration
Drive identification of requirements across business units through evaluation of objectives, drivers, and success metrics
Document business requirements, detailed functional and technical specifications from multi-department stakeholders for agile delivery
Participate in project delivery
