Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Master's degree or certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is highly desirable
  • A minimum of 10 years in information technology, with at least 5 years in a senior architect role specializing in SAP and Salesforce integration
  • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and integrating large-scale enterprise systems leveraging SAP (especially S/4HANA Rise) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, API management, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP PI/PO)
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, data governance, and data management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the architectural roadmap for the SAP and Salesforce landscapes, including integration, data flow, and technology selection
  • Translate business capabilities and requirements into comprehensive and scalable solution designs leveraging SAP and Salesforce platforms
  • Assess current system architecture to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for modernization, including cloud adoption and API-led integration strategies
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight for all projects involving SAP and Salesforce implementation, upgrades, and integration
  • Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and governance policies to ensure system consistency, scalability, and security across both platforms
  • Act as the subject matter expert on SAP and Salesforce architecture, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Design and document complex integration patterns between SAP and Salesforce using various middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or SAP BTP)
  • Oversee data modeling, migration, and synchronization to ensure a single source of truth and high-quality data across the enterprise
  • Ensure all integration solutions adhere to enterprise security and compliance standards
  • Partner with business leaders across sales, finance, operations, commercial and IT to align technology solutions with business goals
  • Effectively communicate complex architectural concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Present architectural designs, roadmaps, and business cases to executive leadership
