Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Master's degree or certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is highly desirable
A minimum of 10 years in information technology, with at least 5 years in a senior architect role specializing in SAP and Salesforce integration
Extensive experience designing, implementing, and integrating large-scale enterprise systems leveraging SAP (especially S/4HANA Rise) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Deep understanding of integration technologies, API management, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP PI/PO)
Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, data governance, and data management
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the architectural roadmap for the SAP and Salesforce landscapes, including integration, data flow, and technology selection
Translate business capabilities and requirements into comprehensive and scalable solution designs leveraging SAP and Salesforce platforms
Assess current system architecture to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for modernization, including cloud adoption and API-led integration strategies
Provide expert guidance and oversight for all projects involving SAP and Salesforce implementation, upgrades, and integration
Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and governance policies to ensure system consistency, scalability, and security across both platforms
Act as the subject matter expert on SAP and Salesforce architecture, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices
Design and document complex integration patterns between SAP and Salesforce using various middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or SAP BTP)
Oversee data modeling, migration, and synchronization to ensure a single source of truth and high-quality data across the enterprise
Ensure all integration solutions adhere to enterprise security and compliance standards
Partner with business leaders across sales, finance, operations, commercial and IT to align technology solutions with business goals
Effectively communicate complex architectural concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Present architectural designs, roadmaps, and business cases to executive leadership
