Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking and investment stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and support the development lifecycle
Engage with both technical teams and business users to ensure effective solution delivery
Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making, using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
Understand and assess the impact of financial products and services on business processes
Identify data trends and anomalies to support recommendations and strategy
Participate actively in the implementation and testing of technical tools
Be hands-on with systems such as databases, analytical tools, or workflow platforms
Support system integrations and ensure solution alignment with IT architecture
Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
Proactively seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and banking domain expertise
Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
