Requirements

Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, software engineering, computer science, or a similar field of study
Customer oriented with a great attitude and excellent customer service skills
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to assess issues and take action independently (initiative)
Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices

Responsibilities

Owning the full cycle of the IT onboarding process: setting up and deploying IT equipment
Implementing automation solutions: assessing high-volume, repetitive IT tasks (e.g., software installs, permission changes, diagnostic steps) and developing automated scripts or workflows to eliminate manual intervention
Proactive issue resolution and documentation: identifying and analyzing recurring technical issues to determine root causes
Provisioning and de-provisioning of machines, users, and systems access
Developing and maintaining a high-quality, comprehensive Knowledge Base for IT Knowledge Bots to empower users with self-service solutions
Contributing to AI models for automatically analyzing and classifying company data in Google Drive by sensitivity level, including training and fine-tuning for improved accuracy and data governance
Contributing to employee onboarding and Finance automation using tools like Tray.io and Jira to design workflow improvements
Working with IT and InfoSec teams to provide high-quality technical customer service and collaborating cross-functionally
Other tasks as assigned
