Candidates must have 1-2 years of work experience in technology services and/or a consulting environment. They should be located within 30 miles of the Baltimore, MD area and able to travel for urgent IT issues if needed. Proficiency with SharePoint tool and management is required, along with strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite and networking capabilities.
The IT Associate will manage SharePoint for the company and support the Help Desk. They will provide technology support both remotely and in-person, including advanced problem diagnosis and error resolution, equipment setup/repair, and network/server troubleshooting. The associate will manage helpdesk support, assist with the repair of end user hardware, and reinstall software as necessary to resolve incidents. They will also resolve issues with company-standard end user software and hardware, identify sources of technical problems, and assist with off-site support for company-sponsored functions.
