Candidates must have 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in an MSP environment and a strong appreciation for managed services and licensing pricing models. Demonstrable experience in creating proposals and quotes is required. Experience in retail, financial, healthcare, and tourism markets is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies like IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and cloud MSP offerings. A strong understanding of licensing and product warranties is also beneficial.
The Account Manager will be responsible for strengthening relationships and expanding existing accounts by identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies for account growth. This includes building customer relationships, creating proposals, managing contract renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves proactive communication, understanding customer technology needs, and facilitating governance meetings. Additionally, the Account Manager will manage account administration, maintain CRM integrity, prepare sales documentation, and execute the sales renewal process, including accurate pricing and reporting.
