Experience or capability in designing training for adult learners in manufacturing/assembly settings

Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements for training content

Responsibilities

Update technical training programs for assembly processes, work instructions, and tooling
Create engaging, practical learning content tailored to adult learners in a manufacturing/assembly environment
Standardize training content across production lines and facilities in collaboration with SMEs and process engineers
Focus on clean working/employee training
Deliver in-person, on-the-floor, and classroom-based training for new hires and existing team members
Conduct hands-on training and certifications for key assembly procedures and competencies
Facilitate cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility
Monitor trainee performance and readiness during and after onboarding
Collect feedback and training metrics to improve training effectiveness and reduce ramp-up time
Support quality initiatives by ensuring procedural adherence and reinforcing right-first-time behavior
Maintain accurate training records using the Skill matrix, ensuring it is up-to-date
Ensure all training content is current, version-controlled, and aligned with regulatory and quality requirements
Collaborate with document control teams to align training with released documentation
