Requirements

Candidates should possess a third-level qualification in Finance or Business, and ideally, two years of experience in Transfer Agency. A genuine interest in fund operations or fund administration is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Investor Services Senior Analyst will serve as an operational contact for private equity clients, handle fund and investor queries, create new investors and maintain the investor register, prepare and review capital call and distribution notices, prepare capital account statements and analyze figures for accuracy, meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines, assist in audit preparation, follow procedures to ensure funds are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, process distribution payments, generate ideas for process improvements, train and mentor employees, maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, carry out duties under the Company’s Safety Statement, and work on projects and adhoc tasks as required.
