Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent, with prior experience in business modeling techniques and/or attribution tools. Experience with performance tools and various fund ranges at external fund administrators is a plus, as is proficiency in SQL, Python, and VBA. The role requires the ability to work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, synthesize information, summarize issues, and take initiative. A forward-thinking, project-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills (both oral and written), a passion for learning new technologies, and a positive, flexible attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

The Investment Performance Reporting Analyst will partner with global teams to ensure a consistent client experience and lead attribution analysis. Responsibilities include coordinating accurate and timely performance information across various fund groups, understanding data flow between systems, and maintaining efficient control procedures for gathering, analyzing, and disclosing operational activities. The analyst will also support and complete performance reporting initiatives, including automation and standardization efforts, by leveraging BlackRock's technology platform.
