Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial services or wealth management
  • Familiarity with operations and back-office accounting/billing systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with portfolio management software; Addepar knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Services, Fidelity Wealthscape, and Laserfiche is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer the Addepar billing system, including account setup, closure, and ongoing management
  • Collaborate with the Billing Lead to execute quarter-end billing, prepare client invoices, and generate billing reports
  • Upload invoices and reports to the client portal promptly and accurately
  • Manage billing-related cases in CRM system
  • Monitor custodian transactions for accuracy within Addepar
  • Perform daily security setup in Addepar
  • Provide backup and overflow coverage for the New Account team
  • Create and maintain portfolio analysis views and reports in Addepar
  • Serve as a system super-user for Addepar, ensuring best practices and efficiency
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Partner with the accounting team to maintain accurate revenue records
