Responsibilities

Ensure CVX is offered all interesting deals in the market
Create a continuous and high-quality deal flow
Analyze companies, markets, industries, teams, performance, and trends to make investment decisions
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
Negotiate term sheets, investment terms, and agreements to secure favorable opportunities
Present investment opportunities to the investment committee
Run investment processes with partners and close investment rounds
Manage relationships with portfolio companies and investors
Manage your own portfolio and oversee the entire deal journey from sourcing to closing
Contribute to the overall investment strategy
