Investment Banking ECM Analyst at Acceleration Partners

The salary range is $110,000-$125,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors, with total compensation potentially including variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other perks.

The position is located in New York.

Required qualifications include one or more years of relevant experience in investment banking, a BS or BA with an exemplary academic record, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Series 79 and Series 63 licenses (preferred, required upon joining if not held). Candidates must also be capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

The role involves working in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented environment, interacting directly with clients and coordinating with the broader investment banking team on deal execution and client management.

A strong candidate will have one or more years of investment banking experience, an exemplary academic record, strong financial modeling skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting; Series 79/63 licenses are preferred.
