Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical coursework or an Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management being preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS experience preferred) are essential. Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Inventory Cycle Counter will perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, investigate and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies, and document findings. This role involves updating inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system, assisting with full physical inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Responsibilities also include recommending process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
