Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, or inventory environment, and be able to lift 50 lbs or more. A verifiable High School diploma or GED is required, and a Pharmacy Technician License obtained within three months of hire is preferred. Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software is also a preferred qualification.

Responsibilities

The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for purchasing and receiving inventory, tracking and reconciling inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, and B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring. They will also manage returned goods according to standard operating procedures, monitor product trends and shortages, ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked, assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators, provide Operations Assistants with packing supplies, monitor and pull short dated or expired product, file inventory and SOX documentation, and assist with other duties as assigned by leadership.
