Candidates should be in their final year of Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably studying Business Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a comparable program, and be fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus). They should be autonomous in their work, capable of multitasking, possess good analytical skills, and have good interpersonal skills, being rigorous, structured, and concise with strong communication skills.
As a Customer Success Manager intern, the candidate will support the successful implementation and adoption of Shippeo for their portfolio of customers, organizing and coordinating actions with customers to meet project deliverables, specifying customer needs and communicating with internal teams, preparing and conducting weekly meetings and business reviews, and working on internal cross-team projects to strengthen the product offering and improve organizational efficiency.
