Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a University Degree (preferred fields: Economics, Logistics, Management, Statistics or related)
Proactive, energetic, with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn in an international environment
Well-organized with strong communication skills
Fluent in English
Interested in developing skills in demand planning or Supply Chain
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
Available at least 30 hours/week
Nice to have: VBA, Power BI or Tableau
Nice to have: SAP, SQL, Python

Responsibilities

Direct support in areas with increased workload to help maintain team performance during peak periods
Data analysis ahead of PRE-DR (Demand Review) meetings
Preparation of presentations for Demand Review for stakeholders, including Site IBP and Pre-DR meetings
Execution of ad hoc analyses related to demand to support decision-making and meetings
Coordination of the S&OE process with Sales Representatives, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning
Cleaning and maintenance of S&OE data based on established rules to improve short-term demand signal
Investigation of KPI failures (Forecast Accuracy, BIAS) and assisting in root cause analysis
Management of forecast in planning tools
