Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in any field, with relevant working experience being an advantage. They must be meticulous in following processes and process-oriented, with spoken and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people are essential, along with a quick ability to grasp operational processes and systems. A hands-on approach is necessary as the work is operations-based, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, with preference for Google Suite skills.

Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for performing Competitors Service Level Agreement tasks, creating orders for third-party logistics providers, ensuring that orders are picked up, and coordinating with the Fulfillment team and 3PL PIC. They will monitor invoices, assist the team in daily analysis, reports, audits, and training, and take on any additional tasks assigned from time to time.
