  • Familiarity with budget and project management
  • Ability to bring an engaging message to different audiences (e.g., employees, press, leadership, volunteers, partners)
  • Skilled at hosting events and activities
  • High level of motivation and drive to make a positive impact
  • Available for minimum 12-15 weeks during the first or second semester
  • Will graduate in 2025/2026
  • Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch

Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate Citizenship activities
  • Build trusted relationships with non-profit and ecosystem partners and understand societal challenges
  • Identify partners' needs and challenges and translate them into pro bono consulting projects (from planning to reporting)
  • Bring Corporate Citizenship into Accenture’s Employee Journey and assign roles based on skills and motivation
  • Lead consulting projects by managing teams in Strategy & Consulting or Technology
  • Participate in exchanging best practices with counterparts in other MUs/Countries
  • Manage the Corporate Citizenship ambassadors and volunteers’ network
  • Develop and implement a volunteering program to engage employees
  • Organize events and marketing campaigns for market visibility
  • Align Belux Corporate Citizenship Strategy with global strategy
  • Conduct quarterly Belux Governance with MD sponsors
  • Share Belux credentials with other MUs and translate global programs to local market
  • Handle reporting & surveys on project impact in global IMPACT tool
  • Design internal communication plan with internal/external employees and customers, in collaboration with marketing
  • Organize event logistics with partners
  • Manage the apprentice collaborator in implementing the communication plan (development/follow-up of retroplanning, writing calls for volunteers, creating/disseminating communication tools like newsletters/posts/brochures/podcasts/videos, animating the community, managing social/professional networks presence, updating websites)
