Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business
Strong analytical skills and ability to efficiently manage customer requests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks
Autonomous and eager to take on responsibilities

Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of Shippeo solutions for customers
Organize, coordinate, and follow up on actions agreed upon with clients
Identify customer needs related to the platform, communicating and reporting regularly to Shippeo’s internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
Prepare and lead weekly meetings and steering committees with customers, providing updates on project progress (on-site or off-site)
Contribute to internal cross-team projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening our product and organization
