Requirements

Candidates should have a diploma or higher, with knowledge of office management systems and procedures. A working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines, is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, is required. Excellent time management, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Candidates must also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist the Admin/Procurement department with filing documents, typing, translating agreements, taking minutes, and handling tax invoices. They will follow up on Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, support the procurement process by raising quotations, maintain status reports on procurement activities, update data regarding assets, and perform any other duties as required.
