Responsibilities
The Senior Procurement & Accounts Payable Specialist will manage end-to-end procurement and accounts payable functions, including processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing vendor payments. They will also act as the primary expediter for Procurement & AP workflows, communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues, and support month-end close processes. Furthermore, the role involves mentoring junior team members, initiating process improvements, assisting with internal audits, and managing the complete travel & expense lifecycle for the team.
