Requirements
- 4+ years of supporting hiring for Operations teams (including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud, and/or Business Operations) in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies of scale
- Experience hiring at high volumes, balancing quantity and quality
- Comfortable operating as a full-stack recruiter, managing the entire candidate process end-to-end
- Strong sourcing skills; enjoy sourcing positions and nurturing relationships with passive talent
- Comfortable with ownership, moving fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable
- Ability to provide an incredible candidate experience, attending to details while keeping the big picture in mind
- Low ego, growth mindset, and leaning into action and high impact
- Within commuting distance of Dublin (preferred) or London hub
Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for critical high-volume roles in Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud, Business Operations)
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, providing consultative approach to influence decisions, shape strategies, and align with business goals
- Source strong talent, experimenting with creative channels beyond LinkedIn
- Act as full-cycle recruiter: sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and closing
- Manage pipelines for 10-15+ open roles simultaneously
- Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and screening rubrics; tighten job descriptions and guide the process
- Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the recruiting process
- Mentor peers, share best practices, and build a culture of continuous improvement
- Build scalable recruiting processes and standardize workflows for company growth
- Emphasize diversity through traditional and creative inclusive hiring methods
