Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Finance/Tax/Accounting preferred
  • Fresh graduate or less than 1 year relevant and progressive payroll experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Power BI
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
  • Independence, responsibility and good team player
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Monthly payroll processing – ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle including tax, social insurance, benefits, wages etc. are processed, reconciled and transmitted accurately and timely
  • Ensure all payroll operations are compliance with statutory law & regulations and align with corporate HR-Payroll polices and strategies
  • Familiar with regional employment law and tax regulations
  • Work collaboratively with external payroll vendor
  • Supporting country HR in term of payroll matters
  • Provide support to finance including 3rd party payment, GL distribution, payroll funding process, external/internal audit and statutory filings
  • Maintain payroll reports and databases in system
  • Maintain updated payroll SOW (Statement of Work) and SOP (Standard of Procedure)
  • Support in-house projects in term of payroll matters
  • Handle employees’ FAQ in term of payroll matters
