Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing O2C operations and leading teams
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
  • Hands-on experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and system integration projects (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience in the SAAS and payments industry (highly desirable)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-currency environments
  • Project management or process improvement experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities
  • Oversee the day-to-day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution (including processing where required)
  • Deputize for the regional assistant managers
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and process improvements
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows alongside Managers and main stakeholders
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance
