Responsibilities

  • Coordinate follow-up from sales executives and other crew
  • Respond to medium-complexity inquiries from potential and current clients
  • Partner with the sales team to understand the service requirements of existing and new clients
  • Coordinate activities between service providers to proactively improve the client experience
  • Develop presentation materials for clients, advisors, conferences, and internal meetings
  • Respond to client or prospect inquiries in the sales executive's absence
  • Conduct market research on competitors, including fund offerings, product and service analysis, fees, and marketing approaches
  • Coordinate relationships between Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, Compliance, Operations, and other teams to ensure client needs are met and new business is supported
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
